Scuderia Autoart is proud to support the 2023 LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour as major sponsors in partnership with KW Suspensions and BBS Wheels.
For the third time since 2020, Scuderia Autoart and KW Suspensions are proud to support Australia’s International Enduro while transforming the iconic "Chase" once again to the "KW Suspensions Chase" for the 2023 race. As a leading company for the Australian aftermarket, Scuderia Autoart becomes the official distributor for BBS Wheels in Australia along with unveiling the revolutionary BBS Unlimited product line.
In its 30-year history, KW Suspensions has established itself as a leading suspension manufacturer with great success in motorsports. KW’s success has extended to OEM manufacturers, being the official suspension partner of BMW Motorsport and equipping the latest BMW M4 GT3 with cutting-edge 5-way adjustable KW V6 Racing dampers.
KW develop and test their suspension on their 7-post vehicle dynamic test rig in Fichtenberg, Germany. This hydraulically operated rig allows KW engineers to simulate track conditions to calibrate suspension using actual road data from tracks around the world.
For the 2023 race, KW’s cutting-edge technology will be run by two factory-backed Pro class teams. Team WRT’s two BMW M4 GT3 entries will run against the iconic Manthey EMA ‘Grello’ Porsche 911 GT3 R which runs 4-way adjustable KW V5 Racing dampers. EBM Giga and Grove Racing will run two other Porsche 911 GT3 R cars in the Pro-Am class along with the Mercedes-AMG GT4 entered by Nineteen Corporation.
KW transfers its racing heritage and industry-leading technology to its bespoke aftermarket suspension kits, being the perfect suspension for every demand. As the exclusive KW Australian partner, Scuderia Autoart is proud to enable access to race-proven suspension technology for Australian drivers.
Scuderia Autoart is extremely proud to be bringing BBS Wheels, the world’s most famous alloy wheel brand to Australia in full force and to be unveiling the BBS Unlimited system in 2023.
The Manthey EMA car is one of multiple on the grid this year running BBS wheels.
With over 50 years of history, BBS has become renowned worldwide for its motorsport successes, with world-class teams and drivers crowned with BBS wheels. This illustrious success continues today, as the latest 18-inch wheel generation of Formula 1 and NASCAR rely exclusively on BBS.
The company transfers its heritage and technology to top-quality aftermarket alloy wheels for car enthusiasts, manufactured in their state-of-the-art facility in Germany.
BBS is reinventing the wheel, literally. The company launched BBS Unlimited in 2022, a revolutionary hub adapter system designed to fit almost any car with a hub with a five-bolt circle. The innovative system allows for precise fitment to cars with varied wheel and hub diameters and adjustable offsets even after purchase.
As major sponsors for the Bathurst 12-hour 2023 race, Scuderia Autoart, KW Suspensions, and BBS Wheels are extremely proud to be a part of the Bathurst 12-hour 2023 event and to continue to support Australian motorsports for the years to come.
